Once you have evaluated each of your options (remember all of the exercises we did around finding your fit - that is academically, socially, and financially). 

Now that you're ready, your school will likely require a list of tasks, similar to this (and each school will send you further details about each of these, should you need additional information): 

• Submit your enrollment deposit (typically by May 1st)
• Create your student ID account (commonly referred to as a Net ID)
• Submit housing applications or request forms
• Finalize (or accept) FAFSA documents/offers, etc. 
• Schedule new student registration (typically will occur over the summer before the semester begins)  
  • Tip - most colleges want you to be on-campus for an orientation/registration - this sometimes coincides with any move-in dates, but a lot of times it is an extra trip to the campus during the summer before you begin your first semester.  Some colleges offer assistance with travel costs, etc.  
• Additional forms - always!  Look for things like immunization forms, I-20 forms if you are an international student, etc. 
• Submit your final High School transcript (and official test scores, if needed)
• Explore all of the things you will have access to
